Al Saraya Al Hamraa General Trading LLC (ASAH) is a UAE-based hospitality and restaurant group built on a passion for great food, strong brands, and memorable dining experiences.
Founded by Jasim Mohammed Abdellatif Ahmed Alyassi, an Emirati entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, ASAH was created to transform original ideas into scalable, high-performing food concepts.
What began as a single food stall in 2012 has evolved into one of the UAE’s most dynamic multi-brand restaurant groups, operating across the UAE.

Every ASAH brand is developed, owned, and operated in-house, from menu engineering and interior design to brand identity and operational execution ensuring consistency, quality, and long-term success.

Our Journey

ASAH’s journey began in 2012 with the launch of its first food concept, driven by the founder’s vision to bring exciting, high-quality dining experiences to the UAE market.

Since then, ASAH has grown into a multi-brand restaurant group operating more than 40 food concepts across 7 locations, serving millions of guests through street food brands, casual dining restaurants, food kiosks, and event-based outlets.

Flagship brands such as CHIKI, Pounders, Lobster Roll have become customer favorites, particularly at Global Village, food festivals, and high-traffic lifestyle destinations. With continued expansion planned across the UAE and the wider GCC, ASAH continues to shape the future of modern dining in the region.
