FATs Burger opened on June 10, 2026 in Zakher, Al Ain. It is a smash burger restaurant and the newest brand to join the Al Saraya Group portfolio.

The concept is narrow on purpose, mostly focused on smashed beef burgers. Smashed burgers go onto a hot griddle and get pressed flat. That press is the whole point: forcing the patty against the surface builds a browned, crisp-edged crust that a thicker, gently cooked burger never develops. Which is where the name comes from, the juicy flavor of the smashed beef. The wall inside reads SMASHED. MELTY. SAVORY., which covers most of the method in three words.

The menu stays close to that idea. Single and double smash burgers, a jalapeño burger, a chicken burger, loaded fries, and milkshakes. Beef bacon and the house signature sauce carry across most of the range. 

The kitchen runs from noon until 3:00 AM, every day of the week. Al Ain eats late, and a burger diner that closes at eleven is not much use to anyone finishing a shift at one in the morning.

FATs also operates on Talabat, which puts the menu in front of customers well outside Al Ain. Orders currently go out from six locations: Al Ain, Fujairah, Ajman, Sharjah, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi.
